Savoring Bangkok Wok’s Latest Addition of Dishes
Last Saturday, August 7, 2010, 7:00 o’clock pm – We were invited by Carmina and Raffy Del Rosario to savor their newest edition of dishes all lined-up 
for us! I’ve always wanted to try Thai Cuisine and Bangkok Wok never failed to arouse my palate. Their food is not too spicy – You can ask their courteous waiter reach for a Traditional Thai Iced Tea P 75 and Tamarind Shake P 65 in case you experience a tongue burning sensation

SOCCSKSARGEN Summer Safari Meetups – Day 2
Ring… ring… ring…. two of my mobile phones alarm sounded up 5 a.m. in the morning.
It’s wake up call, I’m being reminded of the next second leg of Soccsksargen Summer Safari 2010 – Day 1.

Our next tour will be on Dolores Farm Resort, Polomolok, South Cotabato we’ll be having our breakfast, after our meal group bloggers toured the mini zoo – I was bit surprised seeing a monkey playing with his thing – (if you know what I mean 
)

20 minutes later head straight to Lake Sebu and stopped by Lake Sebu’s Seven Falls Zipline – the place was packed up with different people from all walks of life.
We bade Lake Sebu goodbye here we go Punta Isla Lake Resort for lunch – They serve all kinds of Tilapia delicacies, native chicken soup.

After lunch the Cagayan de Oro Bloggers decided to go back at Seven Falls Zipline and the rest proceeded to Merl Mountain Resort, while waiting for snacks to be served, Kevin and I played basketball, FTW I won! 12 – 7 Wee…
Finished snacking we went to Koronadal City at Balai Bistro – the owner of the place Carlo Ebeo served us Home made Brewed Coffee, Mulberry Tea and Pandan Shakes, unfortunately they ran out of the mentioned drinks so I ordered root beer in can instead.

Special Brownies doubled with Banana Bread
I went gaga over these. It was some sort of non-stop eating competition, we all lined up to taste test which Jana Diaz’s Special Brownies and Banana Bread they call made for the kids. Because it was special It made me think that my sister might have probably went to formal Culinary Schooling.
Lasagna Nights
Like any other commercial meals found in many business establishments, homemade meals will always and be undoubtedly delicious (minus the controlled and scrimpy ingredients added) – so my to start with my sister Jana Diaz made this special coming from the pasta family and we called this a “Lasagna Night” I was uberly engrossed taking these pictures.
